I mind my own business, I wish my neighbors/roommates/mom would mind theirs too.  Do you ship discreetly?

Yes, we do.  Our packages ship in either brown boxes or USPS boxes from our Las Vegas location.  SFW is the sender.

Do you offer free shipping?

We are happy to offer free shipping to our customers in the USA for orders over $100.00. 

I am a citizen of the world, do you ship to me?

Sexy Fun World™ ships worldwide.  Customs fees and taxes are your responsibility. Contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees and taxes. Be aware that UPS, especially, is known for charging high brokers fees.  We will not refund customers for products abandoned at customs.

Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?

Because we sell products for personal use, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.  We like to put it this way, would you like to purchase someone else’s returned product? 

Why are your prices higher than auction sites like eBay and third-party seller sites like Amazon?

Sexy Fun World™ is strict in its pricing, adhering to all MRP suggestions. We are authorized sellers of all the items we carry.  Unknowingly purchasing counterfeit items is neither Sexy nor Fun and can be downright dangerous.  As a manufacturer ourselves, we know the importance of quality manufacturing and marketing. We, therefore, only carry authentic products and price them as the manufacturers recommended.  This policy benefits both the manufacturer's brand and the integrity of Sexy Fun World™. Ensuring we are carrying quality, authentic products is a priority for Sexy Fun World™.

Where can I purchase an authentic World Cage by Sexy Fun World™?

Is it possible to purchase locally?

Sexy Fun World™ does sell to many retail stores.  The number of stores we sell to is regularly expanding.  Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance finding a retailer.

Do you accept Phone Orders or Mail Orders?

I am not sure what model World Cage™ I should purchase.  What is the difference?

The difference in the World Cage™ Chastity Kits is the size of the cage.  The World Cage comes in three different sizes.  Our small cage, The Bali, is 32mm I.D., and the cage is 70mm long.  The Vegas is our medium cage and our most popular model.  It is 38mm I.D. and is 85mm long.  The Bangkok is our largest cage and is 40mm I.D. and is 105mm long.  Any of our cages will tame your beast if you find the right size.

How do I find the right size?

In case you don’t already know your measurement (and we think you do.  Doesn’t everybody measure themselves?), measure from your body to the end of your penis in millimeters while soft.  Choose the cage size that is the closest to your measurement.  Remember that the rings and lock pin will add 20-28 millimeters of length to the cage measurement.  A little bit of room to grow is not a bad thing. 

How accurate are your cage sizes?

The World Cage™ cage sizes are the most accurate on the market.  When we were designing our cages, we discovered that most measurements of other manufacturer’s cages were inaccurate.  Inaccurate measurements by manufacturers can lead to difficulty in finding the right fit.  We designed our cages to have an accurate measurement of the inside diameter through the whole cage.  This design makes the World Cage™ line more comfortable and easier to put on. The length of the cage is measured the same way we advise you to measure yourself.  It measures from the center of the opening to the tip of the cage.  Our cages are interchangeable should you need a different size.  However, we want to ensure you are getting the size you think you are.

Do you warranty your World Cage™ kits?

Yes, we do.  We are very excited to offer an unprecedented LIFETIME warranty on our World Cage™ kits; excluding the Security Shield™, padlock, and plastic locks.  We will replace any part that fails for the lifetime of your World Cage™ kit.  We need you to return the broken part for quality control and verification of authenticity (We will pay return shipping of defective part).  Excessive claims can be considered abuse and may void the warranty.  Product failure caused by extreme or abusive wear conditions or intentional breakage does not qualify for an exchange.  This warranty is only available to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

I bought a World Cage™  that may be a bit too small.  What do I do?

Do not worry - we are here to help.  Try the condom trick first.  This is as simple as rolling on a condom and threading the end through the hole at the end of the cage.  Pull on the condom to remove it through the cage and it will pull you into the cage at the same time.  If the cage is still too small or large we can help.  We offer the cages for sale by themselves for $60.00 here. 

I lost a part, what do I do?

Contact us and we can assist you in getting a replacement part.

I need a larger (or smaller) ring.  Can you help?

We are dedicated to making our World Cage™ kits work for you, no matter what size ring you need.  We have an extended size ring program that can 3D print you a new ring in the following Available sizes: 37mm, 40mm, 43mm, 47mm, 50mm, 53mm, 57mm, 60mm, 64mm, 64mm, 67mm, 70mm, 73mm, 76mm. This is a custom order and may take up to three weeks for delivery.  These will be run in ABS, but will not be clear. The custom rings are solid, not hinged rings. They are custom printed, on demand.  They can take up to four weeks for manufacturing and delivery. Click here to order a custom ring.
